Mr. Hoosen is a skilled legal strategist
and Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with demonstrated experience in inter alia, Commercial Law, Legal Recoveries and Collections, Family
Law, Labour Law, Mining Law, and Municipal Law.
Subsequent to entering the legal industry, Mr. Hoosen has engaged a multitude of matters falling within numerous fields of the legal
sphere. Notable recent experience includes, but is not limited to, the perfection of a General Notarial Bond on behalf a large State-Owned
Company together with ancillary High Court litigation; preparation of initiating agreements, as well as commercial litigation in respect of
large scale private mining operations; and drafting of commercial agreements for a multinational investment brokerage company based in the United
Arab Emirates.
Mr. Hoosen has been exposed to the development of legal strategy and litigation in both the Magistrates Court, as well as the High Court of South
Africa, and is skilled in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution with the intent of mitigating avoidable costs to clients whilst arriving
at favourable outcomes and conclusions.
In addition to his extensive practical legal experience, Mr. Hoosen holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree as well as a Bachelor of Laws Degree, both of which had been
granted by the University of the Witwatersrand.
